This course contains all the basic concepts of yoga, which help to strengthen the student’s foundation. The 100-hour Yoga Teacher Training course at Nath Yoga Ashram is a comprehensive course containing all the basic concepts required to start the journey of yoga. To become a great yoga teacher, you must be aware of every yoga style, both practical and theoretical, as well as the teaching style of Yoga. Age is no bar to learning Yoga; hence, a person of any age is always welcome in the Ashram.
