Nath Yoga Ashram offers a 100-Hour Spiritual Kundalini Awakening Yoga Teacher Training program which focuses on the Kundalini energy through a regular practice of Kundalini mantra, Kundalini tantra, Kundalini yoga asanas, Kundalini meditation, bandhas, mudras, and shatkarma, and Kundalini kriyas to prepare the body, nervous system, and the mind to handle the Kundalini energy and physical postures which focus on navel activity of the spine and selective pressurization of the body points and meridians. Kundalini is the main serpent of energy which is located at the base of the spine (Muladhara Chakra).
The real meaning of the Kundalini is "a deeper coiled place". Once awakened, a total inner transformation takes place in your life. In the human body, a very powerful energy source resides in the base of the spine (Mooladhara Chakra) called the Kundalini. When this power source is aroused and travels through your chakras and ascends to the brain, you will experience self-realization, and a new consciousness begins to spread light. They provide two types of accommodations, private and twin shared rooms, and students can choose according to their preferences. In the room, clean bed sheets, blankets, and pillows will be provided.
